This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner, namely, Khalil Uddin, apprehending arrest in connection with Algapur P.S. Case No. Page No.# 2/2 52/2025 corresponding to GR Case No. 293/2025 registered u/s 303(2) and added Section 317(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. The case arose out of an ejahar dated 06.05.2025 is about theft of asset in the nature of Battery Bank from the mobile tower site of the firm. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner had a scrap dealing farm which is no longer operational due to his illness and therefore, he is apprehending arrest. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not FIR named. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as per communicated received form the I.O., investigation is completed and it has resulted in a charge-sheet. 6. In view of the completion of the investigation the interim bail granted vide order dated 15.09.2025, is hereby made absolute; subject to the following conditions: (a) shall be available for trial; (b) shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 7.
