According to the applicants, they have filed the suit for declaration, seeking to declare the Annual General Body Meeting of the first plaintiff Society conducted by the first defendant on 27.08.2022 and the defendants taken decision therein as null and void. They also stated that the first defendant Society is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, the defendants 3 and 6 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. 3.
