GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring that inaction on the part of the Respondent No.3 in not registering an FIR against the Respondent No.4 and Respondent No.5, basing on the Petitioner complaint dated 2 12-08-2020 as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent No.3to initiate action against the Respondent No.4 and Respondent No.5 by registering FIR basing on the petitioner complaint dated 12-08-2020 in the interest of justice.” 2. Sri K.V.Aditya Chowdary, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, despite the complaint dated 12.08.2020 lodged by the Petitioner, no crime has been registered. 3. This petition is filed in the year 2020 seeking a direction to the Police for registration of the crime. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
