Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the next date for auctioning the property is 5.3.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the Bank-respondents states that in a situation where the date for auctioning the property has been fixed, the Court cannot interfere with the matter. He further, relying upon the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Celir LLP Vs. Bafna Motors (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd. and others, (2024) 2 SCC 1, states that this writ petition would not be entertainable. 4. We do find substance in the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent-Bank. Therefore, no interference is warranted. 5. The petition stands dismissed accordingly.
