Heard Sri Shivam Kumar Modanwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Nayab Tehsildar, Bakhra, Tehsil Deoria, District Deoria, to decide the mutation case no.14338 of 2025 (Kiran Devi vs. Ram Prasad) under Section 34 of U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to respondent No.2, to conclude the proceedings at an early date. Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has no objection to the said prayer. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the respondent No.2-Nayab Tehsildar, Bakhra, Tehsil-Deoria, District Deoria, would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of three months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
