This Court vide order dated 19.10.2022 granted eight weeks time to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- each in each of the revision petitions as undertaken by the petitioner and the said order has not been complied as undertaken by the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that no such compliance of undertaking dated 19.10.2022.
3. This Court had made it clear in the previous occasion on 07.02.2025 that if the amount is not paid in terms of the
order 19.10.2022, the question of
consideration of this revision petition does not arise. Only Crl.R.P.No.642/2021, which is filed with regard to enhancement is concerned, will be considered by this Court. In view of non-compliance of the order, the question of considering this revision petition does not arise, since the petitioner is not having any respect to the Court

order and inspite of the order was passed two years four months back, no such compliance. Hence, the criminal revision petition is dismissed.
