It further appears that this Court on 20.03.2025 after noticing that the matter was last listed before the Court on 27.07.2012 directed the Registry to intimate the next date of listing i.e. 01.04.2025 to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Office note dated 29.03.2025 indicates that the Registry has contacted the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner through her mobile phone no. i.e. 9864107553 and intimated the next date of listing & also requested her to receive a true copy of this Court’s order dated 20.03.2025. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner did not receive the same.
