Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of judgment of Full Bench of this Court in Dr. Jai Prakash Narayan Singh vs. State of U.P. and others, Writ A No. 23627/2014 decided on 26.09.2014 and the issue is limited only to salary while working on post of Officiating Principal and it is not a disputed case in regard to promotion which was not noted in impugned order. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection if aforesaid submission is considered. 4. In view of above as well as taking note of aforesaid judgment, impugned order dated 24.04.2018 passed by respondent - 3 is set aside and matter is remitted back to pass a fresh order taking note of judgment of Dr. Jai Prakash Narayan Singh (supra) within a period of six months. 5.
