The present application is filed for impleadment of the applicants as respondents in the connected writ petition being WP(C)/4606/2025. Page No.# 3/3 In the aforesaid writ petition, the order dated 02.07.2025 passed by the District Commissioner, Morigaon, is under challenge. The proceeding in which the impugned order was passed was initiated based on a complaint filed by the present applicant. In view of the aforesaid, in the considered opinion of this Court, they are necessary parties in the connected writ petition. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The applicants to submit the amended cause title before the Registry within a period of five days from today and after acceptance of such cause title by Registry, same also be furnished to the learned counsel for the contesting parties.
