2 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially petitioner was appointed on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III vide order dated 28.06.2010 and thereafter, pursuant to fresh advertisement, he was appointed on the post of Teacher (Panchayat) on 06.01.2011. He contends that according to the judgment passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No. 2530/2017, petitioner would be entitled to obtain the benefit of revised pay-scale on completion of eight years service by including the services rendered by him on a lower post or on the same post. He prays that petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before respondent authorities, who in turn may be directed to consider the representation of petitioner in an objective manner. 3) On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes. 4) Heard. 5) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Sharma, this petition at this juncture is disposed of reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to make a representation before respondent authorities. If such representation is made, respondent authorities are directed to consider it in objective manner preferably within period of 90 days from the receipt of representation. 6) Accordingly, instant writ petition stands disposed of.
