Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is a informant in Case No.2965 of 2013 (State Vs. Anant Prakash Gupta and others), arising out of Case Crime N.220 of 2012, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 204, 120B IPC, Police Station Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar is pending in the Court of learned Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar and no progress till now has been made in the said case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court below to conclude the said case as expeditiously as as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
