The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the Case No. 7968 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 452, 506, 308, 336/34, 395 IPC pending in the court of A.C.J.M. Court No.11, Azamgarh to the court having same jurisdiction in nearby districts if possible in district Ambedkar Nagar. 3. The instant transfer application is pending since July, 2024 i.e. for last more than a year and today none is present to press the instant transfer application. 4. In view of above, the instant transfer application stands dismissed for non prosecution. 5. However, it is open for the applicant to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and if applicant files any application to appear through Video Conferencing then concerned authorities shall permit her to appear through Video Conferencing.
