Shahi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. In compliance of the earlier order of this Court Mr. Sushil Kumar Mishra, presently holding the post of District Excise Officer, Prayagraj is present before this Court along with his personal affidavit and also with an application seeking exemption from personal appearance. 3. At the very outset, Mr. Agrawal submits that insofar as the petitioner is concerned, the shop in question is relocated. 4. Upon a pointed query being made as to what is a comprehensive policy and guidelines laid down, Sri Agrawal requests for some more time to comprehensively place the matter before the Court regarding liquor policy of the State. He further submits that the matter regarding distance of the shop from the school etc which has got reduced by Amendment Rules, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ayush Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : Anuj Srivastava, C.S.C., Devaang Savla, Ram M. And 7 Others .....Respondent(s) 2008 followed by 2010, is already engaging attention of Supreme Court in the matter which is listed today being SLP (C) No.- 007551 of 2010 with C.A. No.- 003790 of 2011. 5. Let the matter be posted again on 11th May, 2026. 6. The proper instruction shall be placed before this Court at the end of the State counsel on the next date fixed. 7.
