Sri Hari Om Mishra, learned Advocate submits, way back in the year 2022 Sri Narayan Singh Kushwaha, Advocate has filed his power on behalf of opposite party no.2 but unfortunately due to mistake his name has not been shown in the cause list. 2. Sri Bhuvnesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for revisionist, Sri Hari Om Mishra, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Narayan Singh Kushwaha, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned Brief Holder for the State are present. 3. Learned counsel for revisionist and opposite party no.2 submit, revisionist has been convicted for offence under Section 138 N.I. Act but during pendency of instant revision revisionist and opposite party no.2 amicably settled their dispute and in this regard a compromise was also executed and vide order dated 13.12.2022 this Court directed for verification of the compromise and also directed that after verification, court concerned should submit its report and however pursuant to the order passed by this Court, court concerned has verified the compromise filed by revisionist and opposite party no.2 but court concerned did not submit any report to this Court. 4. Considering the fact that in spite of order dated 13.12.2022 passed by this Court, court concerned did not transmit verification report to this Court, it is directed that court concerned shall submit its verification report to this Court within three weeks on the compromise executed between the parties pursuant to the order dated 13.12.2022. 5. List this case on 13.11.2025 in the category of daily cause list in top ten cases.
