The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 22.10.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0613 of 2024, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station-Loni Border, District- Ghaziabad. 3. Sri Ashish Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the informant has informed that in the present matter the charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners. However, it is not certain that cognizance has been taken thereon. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that till cognizance taken on the police report by the court below, petitioners shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned FIR.
