Baruah, Advocate For the respondent (s) : Ms. R. Devi, Advocate BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH O R D E R 17.09.2025 It is seen that the interim order passed by this Court on 14.08.2025 was till 27.08.2025. Prior to the order dated 14.08.2025, on 12.08.2025, the contract in question was already awarded to the applicant and further agreement was also entered into on 12.08.2025. Page No.# 3/3 2. The record does not show that on 27.08.2025, the interim order was extended. It is also seen that there is no application filed by the writ petitioner subsequent thereto for the purpose of extension of the interim order. 3. Consequently, it is therefore the opinion of this Court that the interim order passed on 14.08.2025 no longer survived beyond 27.08.2025. Under such circumstances the instant application has become infructuous and accordingly closed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
