Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar, holding brief of Sri Kirt Raj Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Bhanskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Phulpur, District Azamgarh to decide Case No. 2736 of 2025, under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Phulpur, District Azamgarh, to conclude the proceedings at an early date.
