Instruction dated 4.10.2025 sent by Collector/ District Magistrate, Farrukhabad is taken on record. 2. True copy of the order dated 29.9.2025 passed by Tahsildar, Kaimganj, District-Farrukhabad in the proceeding under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 dropping the proceeding against the respondent no.5 is taken on record. 3. The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2 to immediately remove the illegal encroachment of respondent no.5 from gata no.146 rakba 410 sq. meter of gram sabha land which is registered as Banjar in revenue records of gram sabha- Lakhanpur, Tahsil- Kaimganj, District- Farrukhabad so that the justice may done with the Gram Sabha members; otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 4. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent no.5 submitted that in view of the order dated 29.9.2025 passed by Tahsildar, Kaimganj, District-Farrukhabad in the proceeding under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the prayer made in the instant public interest litigation cannot be allowed. 5. Mr. Ajay Kumar Baranwal, learned Standing Counsel for the State- Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arjun Singh Yadav, Mahesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Hari Narayan Singh, Sanjeev Kumar Pandey Ajay Yadav .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) respondents submitted that the proceeding under Section 67 (1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been finally decided vide order dated 29.9.2025, as such, no interference is required in the matter. 6. Considering the order dated 29.9.2025 passed by Tahsildar, Kaimganj, District-Farrukhabad the prayer made in the instant public interest litigation cannot be allowed. 7.
