The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that as there is already a petition filed seeking the leave of the Court to adduce evidence, he would not like to press the instant writ petition without prejudice to the application which has been already filed before the learned Labour Court. Page No.# 3/3 3. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. 4.
