Counter affidavit filed on behalf of State in the Court today is taken on record. 2. The present revision has been filed against the order dated 06.11.2024 passed by District & Sessions Judge, Mirzapur in Case No. 853 of 2024 (State vs. Ubaid Sheikh), under Section 239 Cr.P.C., by which the discharge application moved by the revisionist has been dismissed. 3. In the instant case the charge against the revisionist has been framed, vide order dated 27.11.2024 by learned Sessions Judge, Mirzapur and therefore, the present revision has lost its relevance. 4. The present revision is dismissed with the aforesaid remedy. 5. However, it shall remain open to the revisionist to seek appropriate remedy at appropriate stage.
