This writ petition has been filed by a complainant on whose complaint orders were passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that seeking recall of the order, the other side has filed an application dated 31.01.2024 that is not being decided and, therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent no. 2 to decide the same expeditiously. 3. Considering the fact that recall application is summary in nature, its disposal would not consume much time, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no. 2, i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur, to decide the restoration application dated31.01.2024 filed by respondent no. 4 in Case No. 4428 of 2022, Computerized Case No. T202214360204428 by 30.04.2025 on its own merits after providing opportunity of hearing to concerned parties provided a copy of this order is filed before the respondent no. 2 within ten days.
