ORAL ORDER
1. In this petition, the petitioner is seeking the following reliefs:
“a) Call for records from the office of the concerned jurisdictional Deputy Director respondent No. 2 in proceedings bearing No.
AN1.K.A.P.R.S.D.A.54/2022-23/866/2023-24 vide ANNEXURE - A;
b) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order quashing the impugned order dated 01.07.2023 passed by the concerned jurisdictional Deputy Director - respondent No.2 in proceedings bearing No. AN1.K.A.P.R.S.D.A.54/2022-23/866/2023-24 vide ANNEXURE - A; and
c) Pass such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to pass considering the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. “
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record.

After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in addition to the replies, representations, letters, etc., as well as documents submitted by the petitioner already to the impugned show cause notice under Section 39 of the Education Act, Annexure-A, dated 1.7.2023, the petitioner would submit additional pleadings, documents etc., before the second respondent who issued the aforesaid impugned show cause notice dated 1.7.2023 and the present petition may be
disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
4. Per contra, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that in the event, the petitioner submits new/additional pleadings, documents etc., the second respondent would consider and proceed further in accordance with law.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the petitioner to file additional pleadings, documents, etc., before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from today. If such representation along with fresh pleadings, documents, etc.,

are filed by the petitioner, the second respondent shall address the grievances of the petitioner and consider the said pleadings, documents as well as the other pleadings, documents, etc., on record in the present petition and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of submission of the same by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
6. Subject to the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
disposed of.
