Anisurzzama Khan, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Sarvendra Kumar, AC to SC(L&C)-III ---------- 09/ 10.07.2025 The instant application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for quashing the order dated 07.08.2014, whereby the services of the petitioner has been disengaged, who worked as Gram Rojgar Sevak for a long time without any break. 2. From Annexure-1, it appears that the petitioner was appointed on 01.09.2007 for a period of one year. Thereafter, there is no letter with regard to work period. 3. During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was supposed to work till 2014 but he has been prematurely terminated. 4. Now, we are sitting in the year 2025. There is no work pending. Accordingly, for any monetary benefits, the petitioner may approach the appropriate authority. At this stage, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands dismissed. (Deepak Roshan, J.) kunal/-
