Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Teacher at GPS Gater Centre, Bhararighat, Education Block Dhundan, Tehsil Arki, District Solan. He has preferred a representation to respondent No.3 on 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) seeking inter-district transfer giving reasons for making such request. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct -2- Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of five weeks from today.
