Petitioner is stated to be expired. Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, Additional Advocate General, for the respondents. CMP.M No. 1113 & 1114 of 2025 Mr. Sanjay Bhardwaj, learned counsel, has informed the Court that the cause title has become defective as the sole petitioner has died. He has also referred to the applications i.e. CMP.M No. 1113 & 1114 of 2025, in terms whereof prayers have been made to bring on record the legal representative of deceased petitioner as well as to condone the delay in filing the said application. Though learned Additional Advocate General submits that some time be granted to file reply to these applications, but this Court is of the considered view that in the light of the issues raised in the writ petition by the deceased petitioner and further taking into consideration the fact that application to substitute himself in place of the deceased petitioner has been filed by the son of the petitioner, the delay in filing the application is condoned and the deceased petitioner is substituted by his legal representative namely Sh. Chaman Lal, as petitioner No.1.
