Through the medium of the instant successive application, the petitioner has sought the grant of bail in case FIR No.223/2021 dated 06.11.2021 registered with Police Station, Thanamandi, District Rajouri under the offences falling under different sections of ULA(P) Act and IPC. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has also filed an appeal against the order of rejection of bail passed by the learned Special Judge, under the NIA Act, Rajouri. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly appeal is provided in the case. He accordingly seeks the direction for disposal of the instant matter by way of making it a part of the pending appeal so that the record already on the file of this petition can be perused in the admissible appeal bearing CrlA (D) No.32/2025 for the sake of convenience. 4.
