GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 15515 of 2021 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondents 3 and 4 in issuing directions to Petitioner to not to enter his Agriculture Land admeasuring an extent of Ac 4-70 Cents in Survey Numbers 3/2, 4/4, situated at Engilibanda (v), Gooty (M), Anantapur District as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents 3 and 4 to not to call the Petitioner for resolving any civil dispute with respect to Agriculture Land admeasuring an extent of Ac 4-70 Cents in Survey Numbers 3/2, 4/4, situated at Engilibanda (v), Gooty (M), Anantapur District and to pass….” 2. Heard Sri N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. The police are not calling the petitioner to the police station. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between 4 the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
