Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Hasan Parvej, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and learned AGA for the State. 2. This application has been filed by the applicants for quashing the impugned summoning order dated 26.06.2025 passed by Special Judge POCSO Act/Additional Sessions Judge, District Bareilly in Complaint Case No. 224 of 2024 (Vineeta Vs. Suraj and others) under Sections 452, 354, 323, 506 I.P.C. & 7/8 POCSO Act against the applicant no.1 and under Sections 452, 323, 506 I.P.C. against the applicant nos. 2 to 6, Police Station Cantt, District-Bareilly, pending in the court of Special Judge POCSO Act/Additional Sessions Judge, District Bareilly and to quash the entire proceedings of the aforesaid case. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicants states that he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file bail application before the court below. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants. 5. Under the circumstances, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to approach the court concerned for bail. In order to enable the applicants to approach the court concerned for bail, for a period of 15 days, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. In case, the bail application is preferred by the applicants Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Mohammad Waseem Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Hasan Parvej, G.A. Suraj And 5 Others .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Opposite Party(s) before the court concerned, the court concerned shall decide the same expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. 6.
