Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the non compliance of the order dated 24.04.2025 in I.A. No.1 of 2025 in W.P. No.10711 of 2025, whereby this Court had suspended the Lookout Circular bearing No.1141/C61/IP/CID/2023, dated 30.08.2023. It is alleged in the present petition that the petitioner was detained at the police station on the ground that there was a second Lookout Circular which was in operation. It is further alleged that the second Lookout Circular has been generated only to detain the petitioner in a high handed manner. 3. The learned counsel appearing for respondents filed a detailed counter stating that, during the course of investigation, the police requested for opening Lookout Circular against the petitioner, who was carrying a Canadian passport and was also in possession of an Indian passport. The Lookout Circulars were issued for both the Canadian and Indian passports. This Court had suspended the Lookout Circular dated 30.08.2023. However, as the second Lookout Circular was in operation, the petitioner was detained. This Court, in W.P.No.13361 of 2025, had subsequently suspended the second LOC as well. It is also stated by -3- C.C. No.1354 OF 2025 Date of order: 29.08.2025 the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner left abroad violating the undertaking submitted to the trial court. 4. Insofar as the present contempt petition, this Court had suspended the Lookout Circular dated 30.08.2023. Since the other Lookout Circular dated 21.03.2025 was in operation, the petitioner was detained. This Court finds no ground for entertaining contempt any further. 5.
