Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is informant in Case No.12942 of 2015 (Smt. Pooja vs. Sunil Kumar & Anr.) under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Nawabad, District Jhansi. It was submitted that the said case is lingering for past ten years and no witnesses till date have been examined. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the trial court to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the concerned trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
