Heard Sri Roopesh Kumar Nigam, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Prabhat Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail cancellation application has been filed by the applicant to cancel the bail granted to opposite party No.2 by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 46937 of 2024 in Case Crime No.139 of 2024, under Sections 302, 341, 504, 506, 34 I.P.C., Police Station-Kasganj, District-Kasganj. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that opposite party No.2 had threatened the applicant on 15.02.2025 when he was going to meet somebody. It is further submitted that opposite party No.2 has not followed the conditions of bail, as such, bail granted to him vide order dated 10.01.2025 is liable to be set-aside. 5. Per contra, learned counsel for opposite party No.2 has stated that allegations are vague and there is no cogent evidence that opposite party No.2 had threatened the applicant whatsoever, as such, the instant bail cancellation application is liable to be rejected. 6. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and rival submissions, I do Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Roopesh Kumar Nigam, Udantika Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Manish Tiwari, Prabhat Kumar Pandey Mukesh Chandra .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) not find it a fit case to intervene in the earlier bail order granted to opposite party No.2. 7.
