Heard Sri Sarvesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents and Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the Gram Sabha. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No.3-Tehsildar, Shahganj, District Jaunpur, to decide Case No.7054 of 2021 (Computerized Case No.T202114360107054 (Gaon Sabha vs. Pradeep and others), under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. The petitioner has himself stated to be a complainant, at whose behest, proceedings are said to have been initiated. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed, but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to respondent No.3, to conclude the proceedings at an early date. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that respondent No.3-Tehsildar, Shahganj, District Jaunpur, would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of three months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
