Heard Sri Jiya Lal Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Ainakshi Sharma, learned Standing Counsel. 2.This writ petition is disposed of with following observations and directions: a) In case the petitioner is able to show that he has complied with the conditions of Government Order dated 28.6.2024 i.e. he has submitted his option before the prescribed date or extended date if any, then only the concerned respondent will consider his option for old pension in the light of Government Order dated 28.6.2024 and a reasoned decision shall be taken within a period of six weeks and same will be communicated to the petitioner. Petitioner will be under legal obligation to communicate the respondents along with requisite documents such as application for submitting option within a period of two weeks.
