The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has challenged the order of suspension but ultimately in full-fledged departmental inquiry, the Inquiry Officer has not found any material against the petitioner to implicate him in the charges which has been framed. 3. Considering the submission of the petitioner to the effect that in the departmental proceeding, the inquiry has been completed, I direct the Disciplinary Authority to take a decision in respect of this petitioner in relation to the departmental inquiry and the report which has been submitted within a period of one month from the receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
