It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the case is now altered from 5(l) 5(j)(ii) r/w 6 of POCSO Act 2012 to 5(l) 5(j)(ii) r/w 6 of POCSO Act 2012 & 3(1) (w)(l) of SC/ST (POA) Act 1989. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Special Court for SC/ST Act and work out his remedy. 4.
