The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57813 of 2024 to modify the date of framing of charge. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence and confusion date of framing of charge has wrongly been communicated by the pairvikar of the case as 18.09.2024/19.09.2024 but the fact of the matter is that charge has been framed on 24.09.2024. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the order Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14171 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 dated 20.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57813 of 2024 is modified to the extent that the date of framing of charge be read as 24.09.2024. 4.
