Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is complainant in Case No.85335/2021 (arising out of a Case Crime No.70/2021), State vs Akash & others, U/S-498A, 323, 504, & 3/4 D.P. Act, P/S - Mahila Thana, District Ghaziabad which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/FTCI, Ghaziabad. Learned counsel has submitted that statement of complainant / informant was recorded by learned Trial Court in the year 2023 but respondent has not turned up to conduct the cross examination. Due to none appearance of respondent on the date fixed for the proceedings of case, the case is lingering. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned Magistrate to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
