Petitioner has applied to consider his candidature for the post of Junior Instructor, pursuant to Advertisement dated 05.03.2024 and claiming to award bonus marks for his experience. As per Advertisement, direct recruitment on the post of Junior Instructor is made under the Rajasthan Technical Training Subordinate Service Rules, 1975. In such statutory rules, admittedly there is no provision to award bonus marks. 2. It has been pointed out that similar issue was raised in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7548/2025 titled as 'Balram Kalirawana Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.', which has been decided by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2025, granting liberty to [2025:RJ-JP:21184] (2 of 2) [CW-7763/2025] petitioner to file a fresh writ petition before the Division Bench, seeking amendment in the statutory rules of 1975, to insert the provisions for grant of bonus marks. 3. In view of above, instant writ petition is also disposed of in terms of order dated 19.05.2025 passed in Balram Kalirawana (supra). 4. All pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
