By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to make balance payment of GPF amount as per the GPF slip of the financial year 2023-2024 issued by the OfÏce of Accountant General/respondent no. 3. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner retired from the post of UDT on 30.06.2024 on attaining the age of superannuation. He would submit that though he is entitled for the GPF amount of Rs. 5,19,209/- as per the GPF slip bearing GPF A/c No. CMD/97530 issued by the respondent no. 3 vide (Annexure P/2), but only an amount of Rs. 2,96,962/- has been released to the petitioner and thereafter the petitioner is running from pillar to post for redressal of his grievance, but the same does not fructify. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that for redressal of grievance regarding retiral dues of a retired employee, the State Government has constituted a High Power Pension Redressal Committee and the representatives of the Accountant General are also member therein, therefore, it will be appropriate to refer the present matter to the said Committee, further the Committee shall decide the same in accordance with law and by examining the documents placed by the respondent School Education Department. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the 3 documents. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that the grievance raised by the petitioner with regard to the settlement of GPF amount in accordance with the deductions made from the petitioner and the said amount has not been settled till date, the petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ petition to the OfÏce of Advocate General and it is directed that the OfÏce of Advocate General send the said writ petition to the High Power Pension Redressal Committee within a period of 15 days. In turn, the Committee shall, by intimating the same to the OfÏce of Accountant General as well as the concerned Department including the petitioner, decide the grievance raised by the petitioner in accordance with law by giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties within a further period of 60 days. 6.
