Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the accused petitioner as well as Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent. 2. This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Mustafizur Rahman @ Mutafizul, who is stated to have been arrested on 21.08.2025 and seeking regular bail in connection with Khetri Page No.# 2/2 P.S Case No. 61/2025 under Sections 406/420 of IPC. 3. The allegations pertains to fraudulently taking loans in the name of the villagers and the FIR was filed when the victims came to know about the same regarding default of such supposed loans in their names. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused is the sole bread earner and he is in custody since 21.08.2025. 5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the basis of the case diary submits that all the alleged victims have implicated the petitioner and the investigation has lend support to the allegation and that the victims came to know about the incident only when they got notice from the bank. 6. As the investigation is in progress, I am of the view that it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 7.
