ORDER:
The Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeking the following relief:
“…to summon the respondent and punish them for their willful deliberate and intentional contempt of the orders of the Tribunal dated 18.06.2012 in O.A.No.4206 of 2012 by not passing orders on proposals and pass…”
02. There is no representation for the applicant.
03. As per the written instructions of the Assistant Director, office of CDMA, A.P., Vaddeswaram, dated 02.03.2025, the amount payable to the applicant was arrived at Rs.4,78,748/- towards the arrear pay bill and the said amount was paid to the applicant through a cheque bearing No.174462, dated 01.03.2025. The Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration/2nd respondent appeared through video conference and represented the same.
05. In view of the above submissions, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the applicant to get it restored within one (01) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if the order of the Tribunal dated 18.06.2012 in O.A.No.4206 of 2012 is not duly complied. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
