Issue a writ, order or direction commanding the respondent no.2 to pass an order with respect to the petitioner's application dated 18.11.2023 for the Consolidated Consent to Operate. 2. Issue a writ, order, or direction allowing the petitioner to operate Stone Crusher situated at Khasra Nos.43, 62 and 64 Village Abutalabpurgarh, Pargana Faizabad, Tehsil Behat, Janpad Saharanpur on the basis of deemed consent till the pendency of the application for Consent to Operate dated 18.11.2022." 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue involved, with the consent of parties herein, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioners move a fresh representation ventilating their grievances before the authority concerned within ten days from the date of production of certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashish Malhotra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
