By the present writ petition, the petitioner who is working as Lecturer (LB) posted at Swami Atmanand Government Higher Secondary School, Bhanwarpur Basna District Mahasamund (C.G.) preferred the present writ petition seeking a direction towards the respondent authority to consider the initial date of appointment of the petitioner i.e. 08.01.1999 for giving the benefit of old pension scheme. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation before the Secretary/respondent no. 2 on 17.04.2023 and the same is pending, it has not been decided till 3 date. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeking a limited direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation pending before the respondent no. 2. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent state submits that looking to the limited prayer of the petitioner, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the Secretary to consider the representation within a stipulated period. 4.
