Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA appearing for the State and perused the records. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that a false case under Section 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC was registered against the applicants by the respondent no.2, bearing Case Crime No.500 of 2022 (State vs. Anil and Ors.). Said application was registered at Police Station-Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahar. After the charge-sheet was submitted against them, an application for further investigation has been preferred by the applicants with a simple prayer to direct the learned Magistrate to decide the said application expeditiously. 3. Learned AGA on the very outset has opposed the prayer of the applicants and has submitted that the applicants being accused have no locus to seek a direction from this Court.
