GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES The Court made the following: 3 TCDS,J W.P.No.18851 of 2025 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.C.D.SEKHAR WRIT PETITION NO: 18851 of 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop No.1345029 of Alvakonda village, Sanjamala Mandal, Nandyal District without there being any order of suspension or cancellation against the petitioner. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies placed the written instructions furnished by the 4th respondent. On perusal of the same, it is stated that the authorization of the petitioner was suspended on 26.03.2025 pending enquiry. The said instructions are placed on record. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present writ petition cannot be granted and accordingly the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the order of suspension dated 26.03.2025 passed by the 4th respondent, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
