Though, there is a considerable body of law in this regard by now, the present writ petitions have been filed only against the afore- extracted order. 4. The grievance of the petitioner can, therefore, be at the highest that the service of the petitioners has not been protected, pending the disposals of the OAs by the Tribunal. 5. We are told that the OAs are listed on 28 May 2026. We, therefore, dispose of these writ petitions with a clarification that the petitioners’ services would not be disengaged by the respondents pending disposal of the OA before the Tribunal. 6.
