The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue, an order/direction commanding the District Judge, Amroha, to pass interim protection during pendency of Civil Appeal No. 47 of 2025 (Jaipal Singh and others v. Ramkunwar Singh and others), pending before him, expeditiously and within stipulated period so granted by this Hon'ble Court, Otherwise defendants/petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that interim injunction application is pending consideration in the aforesaid appeal and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
