Sri Shiv Chand Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which the petitioner has sought a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to direct to respondents to consider the claim of petitioner for appointment on the suitable post under dying in harness rules and also a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing respondents to consider and decided the representation/application made by the petitioner dated 03.12.2024 for appointment on a suitable post under dying in harness rules, on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
