Party-in-person is before this Court in person and has filed a memo dated 09.06.2025 signed by him, which reads as under; "Without prejudice, it is most humbly submitted to this Hon'ble Court that, as the matter (CRL PETITIONER 23/2016) in the respective Sessions Court has no longer been existing, therefore I presume that the matter in the aforesaid petition becomes infructuous.
