The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused entered into the shop of the defacto complainant and extorted Rs.1,500/- at knife point. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner is an history sheeter in H.S.No.02 of 2023. Hence, he strongly opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner. 5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 6.
